PAYMENT METHOD

1)Meet-ups

 At only Jurong East Mrt Stations and Boon Lay mrt station. Sorry cos school has reopened. :(

We don't accept other places anymore. :(

2)Bank Transfers

After we have confirmed your order, you'll have to make payment within 3days thru bank transfers, unless it's registered, we'll sms you how much the reg postage will be. If not you'll not receive your item.

-POSTAGE Either normal postage or registered(we'll sms you)

-We prefer normal postage for the moment. (:

How long can i expect my Delivery to reach me after we have mail/sent out the parcel ?

Ans: All normal and registered mails are fully handled by Singpost. It will take up to 4 working days for the parcel to reach you. Singpost do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.

How do i know if you have mailed out my parcel ?

Ans: Once we have packed your parcel, we will email you that we have mail it out. For Registered Postage, we will provide you with the tracking code for you to track where your parcel is. The tracking code is in a 9 digit and 4 letter format that looks like this: RR*********SG.

What is the difference between Normal postage and Registered Postage ?

Ans: Parcel delivered by normal postage will be delivered into your mailbox. A reminder for all to clear your mailbox if you bought 2-3 pieces of clothes and is expecting our delivery to be reaching you soon. We will not be responsible for any damages/loss during postage.
 Highly recommended for all customers to opt for Registered postage especially if your bought more than 3 items. Parcel delivered through Registered Postage will be delivered to your doorstep. If you have miss the postman delivery, a delivery advise will be left on your doorstop . Please collect your item with your NRIC and delivery advise at the stated post office as soon as possible.

Can i make payment together with my items after it arrives ?

Ans: Sorry, all payments have to be in before the closing date. Or else orders will not be sent.
